hey, i'll be able to bring a blender. nice work with the glasses I'll drop by Food Basics (as i live across the street) and ask them about their return policy. Do you remember how much the can cost at Loeb and how many we bought? i would estimate that we sold at least 275 mocktails, which would be about 68-70 cans. Does that seem right?

Hi, Some bad news, the people I ordered the glasses from said they didn't have enough, so Ione and I are looking around for some more margarita glasses. There is pop on sale for 99cents/2L bottle at Sobeys. Ione, Nicole and I came up with some numbers on what to buy, lemme know if you guys have any objections. If not, i'll be buying the pop tomorrow and the bacardi mixers later.
Here it is: POP: 12 Coke, 3 Diet Coke, 8 Sprite, 2 Ginger Ale = 200 drinks BACARDI MIXERS: 30 Strawberry Dacquiris, 10 Margarita, 10 Pina Colada = 200 mocktails Water = 7X24 Bottles of Water = 168 waters
We also need to print off menu cards. Does anyone have access to a colour laser printer? Because printing would increase costs by almost $30
Also still looking for help in terms of ice crushing blenders and help on the day of the event!
